How Referral Program Works

Complete the above referral form.  A Property Manager will then contact the owner to discuss the owner’s goals for the rental property.  A Property Manager will then preview the property and then complete a complimentary rental analysis for the owner.  If the owner determines to move forward, a contract would be signed with Florida West Coast Property Management. Once the unit is rented, all monies are collected and move-in is complete, the referring agency is sent the referral fee.

  • We pay a Property Referral fee of 5% of the leasing fee when we procure a tenant for the rental property.
  • We pay a Tenant Referral fee of $100 from our leasing fee if we place a tenant into one of our properties.

To complete the referral, we will need your Broker’s W9 form.  This is not needed prior to submitting the above referral form, however we will need it to pay referral fees.  All referral fees are paid directly to the broker.

We maintain a record of all referring agents, and if the owner decides to sell their rental property at a later date, we will refer the owner back to the referring agent.  If the owner decides to purchase additional investment properties, we will refer the owner back to the referring agent.  We do not engage in buying or selling properties and look to build a long lasting relation with our Realtors.  If you have any questions about the referral program or a question to a specific referral, please contact us.
