Home Tours



Homes are toured with a live agent. Owners receive weekly traffic reports with any applicable feedback.

Lease Execution and Guarantee



Attorney written leases for each individual home and inbound
tenant/s. Please ask about our lease guarantee.

Rent Collection and Management



Monthly rents are collected and
owners are funded mid month. Electronic Owner Funding.

Full Tenant-Screening



Tenant screening and income verification completed via Appfolio.

Tenant Management



The day to day tenant management which include all tenant interactions going directly through your assigned property manager thus reducing any liability.

The assigned property manager is on site at lease start, pre move in walk, one time during lease and we complete move out inspection with all appropriate photos and documentation.

24/7 Owner Portal Access



Owner online portal access 24/7 which will includes all monthly accounting history, end of year owner statements, 1099’s, and owner portal access.

Emergency Management



Management of all emergency and emergency management issues. Florida West Coast Property Management is available 24/7 in case of a tenant or home emergency.
