Bridget Spence

Broker, Casey Realty Corporation

Bridget is one of the founders of Casey Management in Sarasota, Florida and is responsible for overseeing all offices and operations of the business.

Today Bridget is the Broker with Florida West Coast Property Management.

Career Highlights

Bridget’s career in management started in 1988 where she was an Assistant Manager for one of Stride Rites largest stores in the Southwest Region of Phoenix, Arizona. Bridget was then promoted as a floating manager in 1990 for six different stores in Arizona. In 1991 Bridget had become Regional Manager for the Southwest Arizona territory.

In 1993 Bridget moved back to Southwest Florida to be closer to family, where she was invited to join Casey Realty Corporation not only for her sales background but also the corporate training she underwent while working at Stride Rite. She began working as a residential property manager and built a portfolio of 250 residential units that she managed for various owners throughout Sarasota and Bradenton area. 75 of those units were seasonal units.

Aimee Bahk brings over 13 years of property management experience to Florida West Coast Property Management.

Aimee began her career in property management as a leasing professional for Lincoln Property Company on a 248 unit apartment community in Sarasota, Fl. She quickly fell in love with all aspects of the industry and moved up to assistant manager and from that point took a Property Manager position with Tarragon. Aimee was a Property Manager during the height of the real estate boom on a 216 unit condo conversion in downtown Bradenton. During the condo conversion time she was in charge of all unit upgrades, meeting with Realtors, owners, investors, in addition to preparing monthly income statements. As the real estate market plummeted, Aimee was given the task of assisting several of Tarragon’s multi-family properties from condos back to income producing apartment properties. She assisted on a total of 6 multi-family condo conversions to date which totaled 500 units. She is well versed with local vendors for both large and small repairs on a property.

Aimee also credits her property management knowledge to a large community in South Florida that underwent a full renovation and transformation from tax credit apartment community to conventional leasing, and lease-up apartment community. She met with contractors, investors, city officials,and managed a staff of 7 in re-positioning a 300 unit property back into the market.

Today, Aimee holds her Florida Real Estate License and concentrates on serving individual owners and investors with professional and ethical property management. She brings a vast amount of market and housing knowledge to each and every owner she works with.

Assistant Property Manager

Diane is responsible for day to day customer service given to all clients of Florida West Coast Property Management.

Career Highlights

Diane’s customer service career started in 1994 where she worked at Chuck E Cheese in Torrance, California learning the fundamentals of what customer service really is. Diane held customer service jobs for Holt House Carlin and Van Tright, Catalina Express, and The Warehouse, where she learned how to genuinely relate and connect with people.

In 2004 Diane moved to Southwest Florida she was quickly hired by For Rent Media Solutions. Throughout her 6 ½ year employment with For Rent Media Solutions she traveled throughout the region training Administrative Assistant’s on their inter office software as well as new Admins. that came on. Diane evolved from Administrative Assistant to Customer Service Rep. Diane held both titles for three years of her employment until the company approved a new Admin. Within that time Diane maintained all aspects of her Admin job as well as marketing to apartment communities from Bradenton all the way down to Naples. Diane helped field 60% of customer service issues, raised renewals by 20% in 45 days and sold 45% of the front covers for the year. Diane was armed with the knowledge of marketing for print and internet.

Diane assists with all maintenance issues, marketing programs,guides prospects through the online process of applying and fielded prospective renters questions.

Today Diane works closely with support with the entire Florida West Coast Property Management team.
